Floored Floating Rate Note

The difference between a floater with floor and a floater is that a floater with floor has an embedded rate floor. In a low rate environment, the rate floor becomes more relevant. Information related to a floater can be found here.

The default rate floor is 0. Users are given the option to specify other values for the floor.
